Fish lovers, there is nothing quite like fresh grilled tuna.


  • 300gm Fresh Tuna Fillet
  • 100ml *Marinade
  • 50ml Lemon Herb Sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 100ml Lemon Soya
  • 1pc Lemon Wedge
  • 50gm Curry Sauce
  • 140gm French Fries
  • 135gm Vegetables
  • 60ml Sunfower oil
  • 1tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 stem Spring Onion to garnish



  1. Heat the griddle/flat top
  2. Drizzle olive oil and grill marinated tuna on all sides, Season the fish with salt and pepper before serving.
  3. Serve with vegetables, mashed potato or french fries, lemon soya sauce and a piece of lemon- Garnish with spring onion



  • 30 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 20 ml soya sauce
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped chilli
  • ½ teaspoon garlic

Combine all ingredients
