Your favourite omelette fillings, like grated cheddar, ham, mushrooms, spinach,
- 3 Eggs
- 3 g Salt
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 g Black pepper
1.Chop up the fillings and cook separately.
2.Beat the eggs, and season with the salt.
3.Heat a non-stick pan until it is very hot, then add the olive oil and butter.
4.Add the egg mix, and after 4 seconds start moving the egg mix. The technique is to move the egg mix from the handle side of the pan to the topside of the pan – creating a little mountain range.
5.Once the omelette is almost set, use a spatula to lift the omelette, letting
the remaining egg mix run under the cooked layer.
6.Add your fillings and the black pepper. After 20 seconds, fold over, serve and enjoy!
