KAOW TANG NA TANG

Here’s a classic rice crackers with Mined Shrimp Dip recipe.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 g      Shrimp meat, minced
  • 10 pcs    Rice
  • 3 cups    Coconut Milk
  • 1 Cup    Tamarind juice
  • 1/2  Clove onion chopped
  • 2 Cups Palm sugar
  • 2 tbs Salt

 

METHOD

1. In wok , heat the oil & saute onion, shrimps meat & coconut milk at  at low heat until cooked

2. Add tamarind  juice  and seasons with palm sugar and salt

3. Allow to boil and remove from the heat

4. Serve with rice crackers
