This is Fresh, Easy and Delicious.
- 600 ml cream
- 3 lemons, zested and juiced (85ml juice)
- 200 g castor sugar
- 3 tsp mascarpone
- Bring the cream, sugar and zest to the boil.
- Add in lemon juice and mascarpone, stir and de-cant into individual serving dishes.
- Allow to cool and then refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Serve with fresh fruit, meringues or shaved white chocolate.
