  • Le Bistro at Santorini,the island’s only AAA Four Diamond Restaurant, is a classic yet innovative farm-to-table restaurant, home of the Resort’s famous Lobster Barbecue on Saturday nights.
  • Tokyo Baythe island’s first authentic Japanese restaurant, offers a stunning array of sushi, Omakase, and Teppanyaki.
  • Italia,located in the Clubhouse at CuisinArt, gives diners remarkable views of the golf course and Caribbean Sea, and Café Med offers complimentary Continental breakfast and poolside fare.
  • Guests can also sign up for theFood for Thought Cooking Classes offered throughout the week on property: Japanese Cooking, Pizza & Cookies, Mind of a Pastry Chef, or Secrets of the Italian Chef.

Cuisin Art Golf Resort & Spa, aptly named due to Mr. Rizzuto’s ownership of both the resort and the kitchen appliance brand, is located on Rendezvous Bay on the sunny island of Anguilla. The resort is home to an 18,000 square-foot Hydroponic Farm, unique for a resort and the first of its kind in the Caribbean, which is showcased throughout all dining venues at Cuisinart.

Drawing inspiration from flavor profiles around the world, Executive Chef Jasper Schneider and his culinary team have combined their talents to create menus that maximize the best of their global experience, while including local flavors and the freshest ingredients from the Farm. The Chef’s Table Experience takes guests on a gastronomic journey, having the opportunity to hand-pick ingredients from the Hydroponic Farm which will be skillfully incorporated into the multi-course meal. Each of the seven courses are served with seven different types of bread to complement seven different glasses of wine. Regardless of all of the wine, the Chef’s Table Experience at CuisinArt is bound to be memorable.

“Green” Resort

CuisinArt also has an extraordinary commitment to the environment. CuisinArt Golf Resort & Spa has taken steps to provide potable water to not only the resort, but the entire island, which otherwise has no natural sources of water other than rainfall. CuisinArt converts energy into water, which is less expensive and more sustainable to store, with five machines that work to desalinate 250,000 gallons of water a day. 400,000 gallons of water are stored on property and another 500,000 are stored at a plant on the 330-acre Solar Farm. The resort then sells water to the local community via the truck fill stations, a service the island truly depends on. CuisinArt’s golf course maintains its golf course by only applying pesticides that are labeled for use by the Environmental Protection Agency and only when the courses reach the threshold level of damage. The luxury resort is also home to an on-site hydroponic farm – the first of its kind in the Caribbean – which grows fresh fruits, vegetables, flowers and herbs that are on display throughout all culinary outlets and used in select spa treatments.

The Reef by CuisinArt

CuisinArt Golf Resort & Spa is also the sister property to the newly opened hotel, The Reef by CuisinArt. Located on the beautiful stretch of coastline along blissful Merrywing Bay, The Reef by CuisinArt is Anguilla’s hottest new luxury destination. Opened in November 2016, the contemporary beachside oasis has 80 guestrooms, including four beachfront buildings housing 30 suites, a robust wellness programming, exceptional farm-to-table cuisine and an exclusive partnership with Anguilla’s most distinguished sea adventure company, Anguilla Watersports. Guests are offered a multitude of sea-adventure activities that include glass-bottom kayaking, snorkeling, paddle boarding, and a water trampoline. Guests of The Reef will also receive special pricing to experience Anguilla Watersports’ family-friendly Aqua Park at Cove Bay, the largest inflatable water park of its kind in the Caribbean, as well as kite surfing lessons.
