in keeping with our theme ‘fan the flame’ I can not resist sharing the ultimate in cuisine… The Art of Flambé. Flambé is a French word meaning “flaming” or “ flamed”. To flambé means to ignite foods that have liquor or liqueur added to them. Many French Chefs claim that Flambéing is the show biz aspect of the dining experience.
