A passion for cooking since he was a child, Chef dreamt of dedicating his life to the culinary arts. After many attempts at studies without a clear path, Chef Marc decided to focus his attention at the Hoffman Cooking School in Barcelona, graduating top of his class.

After working in many different kitchens, starting at the bottom, acquiring knowledge and working his way up he found himself in a small Barcelona restaurant managed by a French chef who showed him the foundations of French cuisine and respect for work.
