ALUVI KIRU GARUDHIYA {Curried Potato Soup}

Ingredients:

300g carrots

800g potatoes

3 tsp curry powder

2 red onions

2 tbsp oil

1 white onion

1 garlic clove

1 ½ litre vegetable broth

1 tbsp caraway seed

Salt & pepper

Method:

Peel and chop carrots & potatoes into small chunks. Slice the onion, mince the garlic.
