Who doesn’t love a good homemade warming dessert?? Try out Pakamisa’s Chocolate Brownies made by Thandeka Nxumalo the Head Chef at Pakamisa Private Game Reserve

Ingredients:

125 g butter

1 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla essence

2 eggs

6 Tbs cocoa

¾ cup Flour

1 Tbs Oil

½ cup pecan nuts

METHOD:

1. Melt butter, add cocoa.

2. Remove from heat and stir in sugar

3. Blend in eggs one at a time

4. Add vanilla and oil

5. Stir in flour and nuts

6. Bake at 180°C in the oven for 20 minutes

7. Cut into squares while still warm

8. Dust with icing sugar

Serve with Vanilla Ice Cream and garnish with Chocolate Sauce
