Turkish Tiger

So you want to try your hand at being ‘crafty’ but are really not that creative? Well, here’s something you can take with you to your next party and wow your friends. Be warned though, these are delicious and the bottle will disappear pretty quickly. Tastes like milk tart in a bottle but with much, much more of a kick.

Turkish Tiger

  • 400ml vodka
  • 2 x can condensed milk
  • 2 x can evaporated milk
  • 1 x 500ml fresh cream or to taste and for texture (optional)
  • ground cinnamon for sprinkling

  1. Mix the vodka, condensed milk , evaporated milk and fresh cream together.
  2. Chill well
  3. Pour into small glasses.
  4. Sprinkle with a light dusting of cinnamon. .

I always add fresh cream though be cautioned that if the mixture does not get finished it will go off.

I never have that problem as it’s so yummy, people keep coming back for me.

Do not be fooled by the delicious taste which always tastes like more, it packs quite a serious punch.

The vodka I use generally is Stolichnaya as you can get a vanilla flavoured one which adds a nice twist, though the regular one is just as good.

Be sure to use good quality vodka as you do not want to wake up the next day and wonder where that headache came from.

Should you leave out the fresh cream, poured into decorative bottles, these can make pretty neat and fairly inexpensive gifts (with you scoffing down the rest)
